SAPHIR (Soft Articulated Physical - interaction Intelligent Robots) is part of the Advanced Robotics @ Queen Mary (ARQ) Research Centre at Queen Mary, University of London. Founded in 2018, the team is led by Professor Kaspar Althoefer and includes a dozen PhD students.
